Appointment Types and Times:
  - New patient: 1 Hour - If a patient has NOT been seen at our Chiropractic Clinic they will need to schedule a "New PT" appt type. 
  - New patient SHORT- 30 Minute- This will ONLY be used for Larimore patients 
  - Recheck short: 15 Minutes
  - Recheck long: 30 Minutes   -  Most follow up appointments are typically "recheck short". Providers will specify if it should be longer or mark it on their check out form. *



<color #ed1c24>Insurance restrictions</color>:
Medicare A&B patients & TRICARE patients need to sign a "Patient Request for Non-Covered Services" form at each visit. These forms are found in a purple folder at the front desk.
